1. Products & Orders
ANCESTRY offers clothing and related products for purchase through our website. Product images are provided for reference, and slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical errors.

2. Payments
All orders must be paid online at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

ANCESTRY reserves the right to change product prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We provide shipping across India. Orders are generally dispatched within 4–5 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside ANCESTRY's control.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for an incorrect product, incorrect size sent by ANCESTRY, or a damaged/defective product.

Requests must be made within 4 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and have their original tags and packaging intact.

For eligible returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ANCESTRY website, including logos, photographs, graphics, designs, text, product images, and branding, belongs to ANCESTRY or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
